Within the first 6–12 months, promotion to higher roles is possible, and pay can increase significantly based on performance and position availability.

Many trainees advance to General Manager roles within 3–4 years.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Full-time availability (48+ hours/week, overtime).
• No prior experience required to begin.
• Willingness to relocate for management opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Payroll, invoicing, inventory and POS systems.
• Microsoft Office proficiency.
• Interpreting and analyzing common financial reports.
• Reading blueprints and creating material lists.
• Responding to customer inquiries or complaints.
