84 Lumber Company is hiring for a Manager Trainee, a full-time, entry-level role designed to train you for a leadership position across store operations. You’ll rotate throughSales and Customer Service, Inventory Management, blueprint reading, estimation, and forklift operations, with promotion opportunities from 6–12 months depending on performance.

No prior experience is required; we provide a structured training plan and support for relocation to a management position as openings arise.

Qualifications

• No experience is required to begin your career at 84 Lumber.
• Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week, overtime included).
• Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Payroll, Invoicing, Inventory and POS Systems.
• Microsoft Office Suite (previous experience preferred).
• Interpreting and analyzing common financial reports.
• Reading blueprints and creating material lists.
• Responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers.
