84 Lumber Company is seeking a Manager Trainee for a full-time entry-level role that blends hands-on training with real-store exposure. You will learn across all areas of store operations and aim for a promotion within 6–12 months based on performance and availability.

No prior experience is required; a strong work ethic and willingness to learn will help you advance. Many trainees progress to General Manager roles in 3–4 years and may relocate for opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Availability: Full-time schedule (48+ hours/week, overtime included).
• No prior experience required; structured training provided.

Responsibilities

• Payroll, Invoicing, Inventory and POS Systems
• Microsoft Office Suite use
• Interpreting and analyzing common financial reports
• Reading blueprints and creating material lists
• Responding to common inquiries or complaints from customers
