Many trainees advance to General Manager roles within 3–4 years, with the potential for pay increases as you progress. No experience is required to begin your career at 84 Lumber.

Qualifications

• Sales and customer service experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn across store operations.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
