84 Lumber is seeking a Manager Trainee for full-time, entry-level training to prepare for a leadership role. You will gain hands-on experience across store operations with promotion to management in 6–12 months, potentially leading to higher pay and future General Manager roles.

No experience is required; bring dedication and willingness to learn, and we will help you get started. Training covers sales, inventory, blueprint reading, forklift safety, and business management.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Full-time availability (48+ hours/week, overtime).
• No experience required to begin your career at 84 Lumber.
• Willingness to relocate for a management position.

Responsibilities

• Sales and Customer Service in-store.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, and merchandising.
• Blueprint reading and material estimation.
• Forklift operation and safety.
• Payroll, invoicing, inventory, and financial analysis.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency and training.
