7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will supervise daily operations, coach staff, and drive excellent customer service while implementing merchandising and marketing programs.

This full-time role offers on-site work, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement through our promotion-from-within philosophy. A high school diploma or GED is preferred with prior retail management experience.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with 1+ year retail management experience.
• Valid driver’s license and automotive liability insurance required.
• Ability to oversee customer service leadership and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader for all staff.
• Identify and develop leaders, improve retention and staff productivity.
• Assist in merchandising and marketing program implementation.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment with in-stock products.
