Qualifications

• Minimum one year of Retail Management experience.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to multi-task, stand, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Valid Driver’s License from the state of residence and maintain liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Help implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Ensure cash handling accuracy and promote loyalty programs.
