7-Eleven is seeking an energetic Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will supervise staff, deliver exceptional customer service, manage merchandising, and support the Store Leader in daily operations.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred; not required with retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and coaching skills in a store environment.
• Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service and drive sales.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems.
• Ability to multi-task and manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and lead store employees alongside the Store Leader.
• Provide customer service leadership and coaching to staff.
• Assist with merchandising, marketing programs, and loss prevention measures.
• Maintain clean, safe, and presentable store conditions and product availability.
• Promote loyalty programs and ensure accuracy of cash handling and fuel transactions.
