Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring an Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. This role focuses on supervising and coaching team members, delivering excellent customer service, and executing merchandising and loyalty initiatives to drive store performance.

You will partner with the Store Leader to train staff, manage cash handling, and ensure a clean, safe shopping environment while promoting our loyalty program and ensuring products are in stock. Benefits are available.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail management experience preferred.
• High School diploma or GED preferred but not required.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader.
