Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. This role focuses on supervising and coaching employees, delivering exceptional customer service, and driving merchandising and marketing initiatives.

You will work closely with the Store Leader to ensure smooth operations, training, and staff development. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, and previous retail management experience is valued.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching.
• Experience in supervising store staff and retaining talent.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and comply with health procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, train, and develop store staff; improve retention.
• Execute merchandising and marketing programs as directed.
