Job summary

7-Eleven in Texas seeks a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will supervise and coach front-line staff, ensuring exceptional customer service and daily store operations.

You will help implement merchandising programs, manage cash handling, promote our loyalty program, and maintain a clean, safe store environment. Previous supervisory experience is preferred, with growth opportunities in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees.
• Demonstrated ability to retain staff by developing leaders and promoting from within.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs to boost sales.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote the loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment consistent with health and sanitation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train store team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Identify and develop qualified applicants, support leadership development, and drive productivity.
