7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an energetic Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in Texas. You will work on a comprehensive trainee path focused on developing supervisory skills and delivering exceptional customer service and store operations.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader for all store employees.
• Demonstrated strength maintaining high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Competency in cash handling, fuel transactions, and promoting our loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment by complying with health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.
• Proficient computer knowledge (Word, Excel).
• High School diploma or GED preferred; 1 year retail management experience acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer service efforts and coach store staff.
• Recruit and develop leaders; improve retention.
• Implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty program.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment and proper stock.
