Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager in Tyler, TX to join a dedicated store leadership team. You will work with the Store Leader to supervise staff, deliver outstanding customer service, and execute merchandising and store operations to improve performance.

The role requires prior supervisory experience, a High School diploma or GED, and a commitment to training. We offer full-time hours, competitive pay with a monthly bonus potential, paid PTO, health coverage, and opportunities

Qualifications

Ability to oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching, alongside the Store Leader, for all store employees.
Demonstrated strength maintaining high retention by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
Ability to assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
