7-Eleven in Texas is seeking a Store Manager to lead daily store operations, merchandising, and customer service as part of a collaborative leadership team. You will mentor staff, drive sales, manage P&L, and ensure a safe, friendly store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent retail management experience.
• Minimum one year of retail management experience.
• Ability to lead and train store staff.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching for all store employees.
• Develop leaders and maintain high retention.
• Oversee merchandising and marketing programs.
• Use P&L and store reports to drive change.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions and promote rewards program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment per health and sanitation procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team and customers.
• Proficient with MS Word/Excel.
