Job summary

7-Eleven in Texas is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will supervise and coach staff, drive excellent customer service, and support daily operations while maintaining merchandising standards.

This role offers full-time hours, competitive pay, and opportunities for advancement through our promote-from-within philosophy. A prior retail management background and a valid driver’s license are preferred.
