Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader.
• Demonstrated strength in retention by developing leaders and empowering employees.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty programs.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment in accordance with health and sanitation procedures.
