Job summary

7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in Texas.

The role focuses on managing daily operations, coaching employees, and delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will partner with the Store Leader to drive merchandising, staff development, and customer satisfaction while promoting our loyalty program and maintaining store standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of Retail Management experience.
• Ability to supervise and coach store staff.
• Strong customer service leadership skills.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid Driver’s License from the state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership and coaching alongside the Store Leader for all store employees.
• Demonstrated ability to retain and develop leaders, identify qualified applicants, and empower employees.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions and promote the loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment ensuring health and sanitation procedures are followed.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers and team members.
