Job summary

7-Eleven is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will supervise front-line staff, deliver excellent customer service, and coach team members alongside the Store Leader to drive daily results.

You will help implement merchandising and marketing programs, handle cash and loyalty promotions, and maintain health and safety standards. A High School diploma or GED is preferred, with one year of retail management experience considered.

Qualifications

• Oversee customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader.
• Identify and develop leaders, focusing on retention and growth.
• Assist in merchandising and marketing program implementation.
• Handle cash transactions and promote the loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and compliance.
• Exhibit excellent written and verbal communication and computer skills.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; relevant management exp acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team and provide customer service coaching.
• Train employees and support scheduling with the Store Leader.
• Implement merchandising and promotional activities.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions and loyalty initiatives.
• Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are met.
