You will oversee daily operations, train staff, execute merchandising programs, and drive loyalty initiatives. A strong emphasis on communication, coaching, and safety ensures a productive, compliant store environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to oversee customer service operations.
• Experience training and coaching store staff to meet performance goals.
• Ability to implement merchandising and marketing programs.
• Proficient in cash handling and loyalty programs.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; equivalent retail management experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader.
