Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required or preferred with 1 year of retail management experience.
• Experience supervising a team and driving customer service excellence.
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of cash handling and loyalty programs.
• Willingness to learn store systems and merchandising.
