7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team in the United States. You will supervise, train, and coach store staff, drive customer service excellence, and execute merchandising programs to maximize sales and efficiency.

The role emphasizes leadership development, strong communication, and maintaining a safe, compliant store environment. A high school diploma or GED is preferred; a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching.
• Demonstrated strength maintaining high retention by developing leaders and empowering employees.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Competency in cash handling and promoting loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment following health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent oral and written communication and intrapersonal skills.

Responsibilities
