Buckle is hiring for a Leader in Training (LIT) and Floor Leader at Governor’s Square Mall in Clarksville, TN. This full-time on-site role supports the Store Manager and Leadership Team, driving sales, merchandising, and guest experience while recruiting and developing Teammates.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 months related retail experience.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a friendly, engaging attitude and provide legendary service.
• Answer questions about store and merchandise.
• Recommend, locate, and help guests find merchandise.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and store policies.
• Lead by example with showmanship and customer focus.
