7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will work with the Store Leader to supervise employees, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive daily operations.

The role offers full-time hours, hands-on management experience, and opportunities for advancement within a company renowned for promoting from within. Strong communication and coaching skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Oversee store employees with leadership and coaching.
• Identify qualified applicants and develop leaders to improve retention.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash, fuel transactions, and promote loyalty program.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment and compliance with health procedures.
• Exhibit excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word/Excel for daily tasks.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; retail management experience acceptable.
• Possess a valid driver’s license and maintain auto liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store staff alongside the Store Leader and provide customer service leadership.
• Coach and train team to ensure high retention and staff development.
• Support merchandising and marketing program implementation.
• Manage cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty-promo activities.
