7-Eleven, Inc. is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager to support store leadership and drive customer service excellence. You will train staff, oversee daily operations, and help implement merchandising and promotional programs to boost sales and loyalty.

The role requires strong communication, cash handling, and the ability to promote our loyalty program while maintaining a safe, clean environment for customers and team members.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail management or supervisory role advantageous.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Proven ability to train and develop store staff.
• Cash handling and basic merchandising knowledge.

Responsabilités

• Oversee customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader.
• Coach and develop store staff to improve retention and performance.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
