Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• 1+ year of Retail Management experience helpful
• Excellent oral and written communication
• Proficient computer knowledge (Word, Excel)
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities
• Ability to multi-task and lift up to 50 lbs

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations and lead the store team alongside the Store Leader
• Provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching to staff
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs
• Maintain cash handling accuracy and fuel transactions
• Promote the loyalty program and drive sales
• Ensure a clean, safe environment and inventory in-stock
