Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching with the Store Leader for all store staff.
• Focus on retaining talent by identifying qualified applicants, developing leaders, and boosting employee productivity.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs and promoting loyalty initiatives.
• Uphold cash handling, fuel transaction responsibilities, and maintain the store’s environment and stock.
