7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to partner with the Store Leader in supervising staff, training, and delivering exceptional customer service. You will implement merchandising plans and help drive store performance.

Responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, cash handling, and fuel transactions, supporting scheduling, and promoting our loyalty program, while maintaining a clean and safe store environment.

Qualifications

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership, training, and coaching alongside the Store Leader.
• Demonstrated ability to retain staff by developing leaders and promoting employee productivity.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership and coaching with the Store Leader.
• Identify qualified applicants and develop leadership within the team.
• Support merchandising and marketing program implementation.
• Handle cash transactions and fuel sales while promoting loyalty programs.
• Maintain store cleanliness, safety, and in-stock products.
