7-Eleven, Inc. is seeking an Retail Assistant Manager to join our team. You will support the Store Leader, supervise staff, and help drive merchandising and loyalty initiatives.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with 1 year of retail management experience.
• Experience in supervision and leadership of store staff.
• Ability to train and coach employees.
• Strong customer service focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and provide customer service leadership with the Store Leader.
• Identify qualified applicants and develop leaders to boost retention.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs.
• Handle cash and fuel transactions and promote loyalty program.
• Keep store clean, safe, and in-stock.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team.
• Multi-task and lift up to 50 pounds.
