Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required with 1 year retail management experience.
• Experience managing store teams and leading customer service initiatives is desirable.
• Ability to train and coach employees, and to oversee daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee customer service leadership alongside the Store Leader for all store staff.
• Develop leaders, empower employees, and drive productivity.
• Assist in implementing merchandising and marketing programs across the store.
• Promote loyalty programs and manage cash handling and transactions.
• Maintain a clean, safe store environment in line with health/sanitation procedures.
• Communicate effectively with team and customers, both verbally and in writing.
