This full-time program emphasizes development in leadership, merchandising, customer care, and store profitability with the potential for promotion based on performance and openings.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Four year college degree preferred, or relevant work experience considered in lieu of a degree.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
