CVS Health is seeking a candidate for the Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program in the United States. This development-focused role aims to prepare you for a CVS Store Manager position through a 16-week self-paced, collaborative training plan with hands-on and virtual learning.

You will work with a district leader, HRBP, training store manager, and your store manager coach to build leadership skills, lead a team, and drive profitability through effective merchandising and operations.

Qualifications

• Requires strong communication skills (verbal & written).
• Customer service experience is implied.
• Experience with merchandising and store asset management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support the store as a management team member and lead in alignment with CVS values.
• Engage in the structured SMIT program and learn leadership best practices.
• Be willing to relocate/promote within the designated market as roles open.
