Job summary

CVS Health Corporation is launching a Store Manager In Training (SMIT) program designed to develop future store leaders. The 16‑week, self-paced and collaborative training blends virtual and hands-on experiences with guidance from the District Leader, HRBP, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager Coach.

Participants will engage in requirements to prepare for promotion, including store leadership responsibilities and CVS policies, with a pathway to Store Manager in the designated market.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication to lead teams.
• Ability to deliver high levels of customer service.
• Implement merchandising strategies to drive store sales.
• Manage store inventory and assets to sustain profitability.
