The program includes virtual and hands-on learning experiences supported by your District Leader, HR Business Partner, Training Store Manager, and Store Manager coach to develop you as a future store leader.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or relevant work experience.
• Retail management experience or CVS supervisor background is helpful.
• Willingness to relocate/promote within designated market.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support store team; drive customer service and sales.
• Engage with leaders to support promotion pathway.
• Model CVS values and policies in daily operations.
• Coordinate with store leadership to ensure merchandising execution.
