Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members involved.
• Responsible for supervising work performed by all team members assigned to store/HUB store.
• Train new team members and handle performance evaluations and pay increases.
• Assist in recruiting tasks, interviews, and selection of qualified team members.
• Support store manager with safety compliance and training across all areas.
• Make sales calls with/without store manager and manage weekly customer calls.
• Manage delivery fleet and keep records for each vehicle.
• Review monthly P&L with store manager and identify opportunities.
