The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma, strong interpersonal skills, and completion of internal manager training programs. Spanish language ability is a plus and growth opportunities are highlighted within the organization.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
• Must complete Assistant Manager Certification, Sales Specialist Training, and Manager Development Program.
• Ability to read and match numerical/alpha characters quickly and accurately.
• Knowledge of automotive parts, equipment and systems.
• O’Reilly store and/or distribution center experience.
• ASE Certification.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Supervise the professional and retail operations of store and team members involved.
• Hire, train, and evaluate staff; assist in recruiting and interviewing processes.
• Support store manager by ensuring safety compliance and training.
• Make sales calls with/without store manager; manage weekly customer calls.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and electronic timekeeping.
• Review KPI dashboards, margins, and monthly P&L with the store manager.
