Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist store manager in sales, appearance, and overall operations of store.
• Train new team members and supervise staff performance.
• Recruiting tasks, scheduling, and participating in interviews with management input.
• Support store operations and safety training, payroll, and scheduling.
• Review monthly P&L with store manager and discuss opportunities.
