Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Supervise professional and retail operations of store and teams.
• Partner with district/store management in recruiting, hiring, evaluating, promoting and disciplining team members.
• Train new team members and conduct performance evaluations; recommend pay increases.
• Assist in hiring tasks and interviewing; ensure qualified candidates are selected.
• Support store manager to ensure safety compliance and training across all areas.
• Make sales calls and manage weekly customer outreach where applicable.
• Oversee store operations, scheduling, payroll, and electronic systems.
