Cumberland Farms is seeking motivated individuals for their Managers In Training program in Connecticut. You will learn to manage day-to-day operations, lead a store team, and ensure exceptional guest service across shifts in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll train with experienced Managers, rotate through roles, and be prepared to step into store leadership with competitive benefits and growth opportunities within our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.
• Preferred Licenses/Certifications and Skills: ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team: training, scheduling, and coaching team members.
