Cumberland Farms is seeking a proactive Managers In Training to grow into store leadership across our Connecticut locations. You’ll train with senior managers, learn daily operations, and develop teams to deliver great guest experiences.

In this role you’ll support scheduling, coaching, stocking, and quality controls while rotating shifts and absorbing best practices. Join a fast-paced team committed to service, cleanliness, and community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year in retail, guest service, or restaurant leadership.
• ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing the store team: training, scheduling, and coaching team members.
• Monitor product levels and ensure 100% in-stock on the sales floor.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety programs for locations with hot food.
