Starting wage is $31.75 per hour, with estimated weekly hours of 45. The year‑1 earning potential ranges to about $97,500–$113,000 (salary plus bonus where applicable), with location-based variations. Travel within divisional requirements may be required.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old and high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in retail environment and management experience.
• Ability to lead store personnel and achieve results.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store personnel; communicate expectations and performance.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns in coordination with district manager.
• Recruit and recommend personnel for advancement or termination.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safety regulations.
