Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a Store Manager Trainee who will rotate through store operations and leadership duties, learning to run a store by leading teams, stocking, merchandising, and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Starting wage is $29.50 per hour, with an earning potential of $88,000 to $100,500 in year one, including salary and bonus where applicable, and travel within divisional requirements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to travel within divisional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store personnel to achieve goals.
• Develop action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager.
• Interview candidates and recommend for advancement.
• Plan and conduct store team and management meetings.
• Ensure compliance with policies and procedures and safety standards.
