Starting wage is $29.50/hour with potential year-one earnings of $81,000–$104,000, depending on location and performance.

Qualifications

• Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store personnel and communicate performance expectations.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversee resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager as needed.
• Interview candidates and make recommendations for advancement.
• Manage personnel and approve promotions and termination as appropriate.
• Ensure compliance with ALDI policies and safety standards and local regulations.
• Plan and conduct store meetings and training sessions.
