Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead store personnel and achieve results.
• Strong customer service orientation and communication skills.
• Ability to operate store equipment and technology.

Responsibilities

• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports; leads and develops store personnel.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with the district manager.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and provides recommendations to the district manager.
• Manages personnel including advancement and termination as appropriate.
• Ensures compliance with store policies and federal/state regulations.
• Trains and develops store personnel to maximize potential.
• Plans and revises weekly schedules to ensure accuracy.
