The program trains you to run a store, manage people, and execute company standards. Starting wage is $29.50 per hour with strong earning potential in Year 1.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
• Flexibility to travel within divisional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead store personnel and develop teams to meet store KPI goals.
• Plan weekly schedules and manage labor to optimize operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and customer service standards.
• Resolve staff and customer concerns in coordination with district management.
• Oversee merchandising, stocking, and cash handling procedures.
