ALDI USA is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to develop into a leadership role overseeing day-to-day operations, sales, and team performance in a fast-paced retail setting.

You will learn cashiering, merchandising, scheduling, and customer service while driving store standards and growth opportunities. Starting wage is $29.50 per hour with potential year 1 earnings up to about $85,500–$103,500 including bonus where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail management experience.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel within divisional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store personnel to achieve sales goals.
• Communicate expectations and coaching to direct reports.
• Plan and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversee compliance with policies and procedures.
• Hire, train, and promote store staff as needed.
• Ensure safe working environment and proper schedule management.
• Attend district weekly operations calls and trainings.
