Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to lead daily store operations including stocking, merchandising, customer service, and standards. You will learn to manage teams, develop action plans, and drive results in a fast-paced environment.

The role is full-time (40+ hours) with a starting wage of $29.50 per hour and potential first-year earnings of approximately $88,000 to $100,500, depending on location and bonus eligibility. Travel within divisional requirements is expected.

Qualifications

• Minimum 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail management experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicates duties and performance expectations to direct reports and leads store personnel.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with district manager as needed.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and provides recommendations to the district manager.
• Manages personnel and drives sales to achieve KPI goals and budgets.
