Qualifications

• Ability to lead and develop a team to achieve store KPIs and budgets.
• Strong communication and coaching skills to guide direct reports.
• Experience in retail operations including customer service, merchandising, and scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports; leads and develops store personnel.
• Develops and implements action plans to improve operating results using company resources.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns in alignment with the district manager.
• Interviews candidates and recommends personnel for advancement.
• Manages personnel including performance, advancement, and termination decisions.
• Ensures compliance with policies, safety standards, and cash handling procedures.
• Plans and conducts store team meetings and training sessions.
