ALDI USA is seeking a Store Manager Trainee to lead store operations and develop a team through hands-on leadership. You will handle stocking, merchandising, customer service, and daily standards while learning to run a store with the support of ALDI's training program.

The role offers full-time hours (avg 45/week) with starting hourly wage of $33.50 and potential annual earnings of $99,500–$116,500 including bonus where applicable. Training and growth opportunities are strong.

Qualifications

• Experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.
• Highschool diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct reports: communicate responsibilities and performance expectations to achieve results.
• Develop and implement action plans to improve operating results.
• Oversee employee and customer concerns with district manager guidance.
• Interview candidates and provide recommendations for advancement or termination as needed.
• Lead and supervise the team to achieve sales and KPI goals.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations.
