Cumberland Farms, Inc. is seeking a Manager In Training to progress into store leadership at a Cumberland Farms convenience store. You’ll train with managers, learn daily operations, and support the Store Manager and team to deliver an exceptional guest shopping experience across a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: High School or GED.
• Minimum Experience: 1 year retail or food experience.
• Preferred Experience: 1 year in retail, guest service or restaurant, in a leadership role.
• Preferred Licenses/Certifications: ServSafe /Food Safety certification a plus but not mandatory.
• Soft Skills: high energy, comfortable guest interaction, team-oriented, quick to switch tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet Guests with a warm welcome and a smile, delivering exceptional customer service.
• Assist Store Manager with building and developing a strong store team through training and coaching.
• Monitor product levels on the sales floor and ensure 100% stock.
• Oversee quality control, merchandising, and food safety for hot food locations.
• Maintain store cleanliness and appearance inside and outside; manage coffee station and restrooms.
• Operate the cash register efficiently and support food service operations as needed.
