7-Eleven in Snyder, TX is hiring a Retail Assistant Manager to join our store leadership team. You will oversee daily operations, coach sales associates, and partner with the Store Leader to deliver exceptional customer service and drive store performance.

Qualifications
- A High School diploma or GED is preferred, but not required for candidates with at least 1 year of Retail Management experience.
- Experience in supervising staff and delivering customer service leadership.
- Strong communication and ability to train and coach employees.
Responsibilities
- Oversee customer service leadership and coaching with the Store Leader.
- Help implement merchandising and marketing programs.
- Ensure cash handling, fuel transactions, and loyalty program promotion are performed properly.
